Individual Service Rate

EAP coverage is not always associated with your insurance company and is usually a separate insurance paneling & billing process. Please let the provider know EAP coverage during intake, as the provider might not be in-network with each individual EAP service.

Arkansas has a set Medicare and Medicaid rate. 

Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including coverage limitations, exclusions, authorization requirements, and cost-sharing obligations (co-payments, deductibles, or coinsurance). 

Changing Mindsets Behavioral Health Financial & Insurance Policy will be reviewed and signed within the informed consent for each client prior to any session.

 I provide engaging outreach forums focused on mental well‑being, substance misuse awareness, employee wellness, grief and loss, and gambling prevention. Through dynamic presentations and practical tools, I help audiences of all ages strengthen resilience, improve emotional health, and build healthier communities.
